We are also proudly independent, and deeply rooted in the local community. Kho Kho is part of the Valora, bringing together restaurant hospitality and bespoke event catering across London and the Home Counties.
Meet Chef Ajit
Chef Ajit is the creative force behind Kho Kho's kitchen. A Michelin-experienced Executive Chef, Ajit brings decades of culinary expertise to every dish , crafting a Pan Indian menu that draws on the rich, vibrant flavours of India's diverse regions, with a nod to the iconic recipes that emerged from the Tangra Chinatown of old Calcutta. His cooking is bold, precise and deeply rooted in tradition, yet always with a modern edge that keeps guests coming back.
